AR Masker: Privacy Policy

By using of “AR Masker” software product (“app”), you agree to the current Privacy Policy and that I, Andrey Sirota (app owner), may process, transfer and store your information.

  1. Collection of Personal Information.
    “Personal information” means information that identifies you, such as your name or email address. “AR Masker” app neither access nor collect your personal information.
    Under certain circumstances, your personal information may be visible in photos or videos created by “AR Masker” app, but only if you explicitly add it (for example, if you superimpose your name or email address over a photo or video using a text or title overlay function in “AR Masker” app).
    The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Links to the privacy policy of third-party service providers used by the app:
    Unity, Google Play Services, Apple.
  2. Local Storage.
    “AR Masker” app may collect and store information locally on your device. For example, a camera app would write video files to your device’s local storage. You may be able to access and delete this information within the app or using a separate app (such as Photos (iOS) or Gallery (Android)).
  3. Access to Built-in Recording Devices and TrueDepth API (iOS).
    “AR Masker” app may include the ability to record video and audio data using your device’s built-in camera or microphone as well as obtain data using TrueDepth API for Augmented Reality based effects (AR Masks/Face Filters). The image, video and audio captured from these devices may be written to your device’s local storage. Depending on how your device is configured, these recordings may be automatically uploaded by a separate application to a network cloud service such as Apple iCloud or Google Drive.
  4. Sharing.
    “AR Masker” app may include optional photo, video and audio sharing functions. These functions may pass data or information stored on your device to other apps you have installed. For example, “AR Masker” app may send a photo or video recording to a social networking app installed on your device for the purpose of posting it to a social media network.
  5. Links to Other Sites.
    “AR Masker” app may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by me. Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
